John, give it a rest.  Unless you can back up your post by source material don't insult our intelligence as we read and watch the news, plus does research on current events.  You haven't provided one shread of proof for what you have been posting, nor have you posted any source for your postings about this.

Everything I told you was in the newspapers or on TV today period. It is the truth. The far right enablers understand none of this, and they never will. Why don't you go visit the border in Texas and see where the fence is? Now you give your nonsense a rest.

Have a good afternoon John.

Hate to break the news to you. The Tear gas was used in Mexico. We fired it into  their country so what you say does not apply. Trump has told us this is an invasion of our country, and must be repulsed and that is what a war is. It was fired on a battlefield per Trump. Now are you going to attend his trial as a war criminal?

As usual @john258 is just wrong.

IMO you protest too much and make stuff up, like your comment above.  What else are you outraged about today?

Now you do know the Mexicans have offered to allow the migrant families to stay and live in Mexico, they just do not want them passing through with the mentally ill President of the US causing problems by not following American law.

Doubt it has anything to do with the President of the U.S., but that they are just tired of the migrants pouring into the city and taking resources from their city.  Nothing to do with our President.  The lengths some will go here in their accusations.

A new poll by El Universal, a Mexican newspaper, found that a majority of Mexicans have a negative view of the migrant caravan marching through their country.

Thousands of members of the caravan are currently camping out in Tijuana, Mexico as they attempt to cross the southern U.S. border or claim asylum. Mexicans have expressed displeasure that the migrants are settling in their home cities and towns.

The El Universal poll, as reported by NBC News, found that seven in 10 Mexicans have a negative view of the arrival of migrant families. Further, 52 percent support blocking migrants from entering the country without documentation and 55 percent think President-elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador should be tougher on future caravans.

In October, just six in 10 Mexicans had a negative view of the migrants.

Schools were shut down near the border on Monday because of fears of violence, and one resident told authorities, “They should not be here in Tijuana.”

“I would like to support them in any way I can, but the reality is that what’s happening now is harming us because there’s violence,” another resident said.

A group of hundreds of migrants attempted to storm the border on Sunday and threw rocksat border agents, resulting in U.S. border patrol deploying tear gas.

Earlier this month, Tijuana residents protested the presence of the migrants in their city, calling them “criminals” and “freeloaders.”

“Tijuana is a city of immigrants, but we don’t want them in this way,” Tijuana Mayor Juan Manuel Gastelum said in an interview with Milenio Television at the time. “It was different with the Haitians, they carried papers, they were in order. It wasn’t a horde, pardon the expression.”

Are we supposed to be upset by the polling. Why would anyone be surprised by it as it does cause problems for the people living on both sides of the border, and most of the people are not from Mexico. The mayor has asked for UN help. Now you do know the Mexicans have offered to allow the migrant families to stay and live in Mexico, they just do not want them passing through with the mentally ill President of the US causing problems by not following American law. Just last week a judge in the US ordered that the US will follow the law and that means they can claim a status from inside the US. If the US law is followed they will not be in Mexico.

Quick note on Tijuana. There are Americans living there and commuting to work every day in the US, as it so much cheaper. There is housing being built for that. Trump was going to build there, but never did even though he collected money from units sold per building. That is one of his many law suits.
