New Investigation of Trump?

Message 1 of 28

A senator is asking the Treasury Department to turn over records of a lucrative real estate sale Donald Trump made to a Russian billionaire as the Senate Finance Committee looks into Trump's ties to Russians.

Sen. Ron Wyden, the committee's ranking member, requested the financial records from the sale of Trump's former estate in Palm Beach to Dmitry Rybolovlev.

Wyden's letter outlined how Donald Trump bought a 6.3 acre property in Florida for $41.35 million in 2004 and then sold that property to a company owned by the businessman four years later. The sale price to Rybolovlev more than doubled Trump's initial investment, to $95 million.

Per Wyden, the property's appraisal in 2008 was $30 million less than the selling price.

New Investigation of Trump?

It's amazing that members of the Trump Cult don't get it. Mueller isn't investigating Trump for "collusion with Russia", because that isn't a federal crime. Mueller hired an array of international financial experts at tracking illicit funds across the globe. The common term for this is "Money Laundering", which is illegal. Mueller is trying to ascertain if Trump made a number of financial deals with Russia which gave them control over our President.

Why someone would think this wasn't a relevant subject is beyond my comprehension.

And that's just ONE deal - What about all Der Trumpers overseas holdings and loans from money laundries we don't evenknow about...YET.

Mueller's investigation is far from over, and its unlikely the GOPers will be in a position to protect their turd in the punchbowl POTUS after next January.

"Turd"

This in a supposed adult, sophiscated forum? Could have fooled me.

Word(s) say so much about a person and their level.

New Investigation of Trump?

Snoopy asked, "What does Hillary have to do with the investigation of Trump?"

That's a fair question, and in a normal world, the answer would be nothing. But in the world of Trump, she's closely related. Why you ask?

Every time Trump is accused of something, members of the cult bring up Hillary, who's currently a political has been, who no longer matters. Haven't you noticed about 40 different threads on Hillary, as if she were still running against Trump?

The part that troubles me is the huge double standard. They get so outraged over every act, or alleged act, by Hillary while defending 100% of what their idol and hero in the White House does.

Trump supporters are the biggest hypocrites. Can you imagine if Hillary would have refused to release her tax returns during the campaign?

Well, not tax records but official State Department business emails under subpoena were destroyed - does that count?

No it does not. That is the verdict of every law enforcement agency and court that was involved in examining your imaginary crimes. Unlike so many of Der Trumper's closest associates and advisors who have been indited or already pled guilty to many felonies, there is not a shred of actual evidence against Hillary. I know GOPers find that madning, but that's reality, so perhaps you should learn to live with it just like Nixon supporters had to finally open their eyes to the Tricky One's fetid criminality.

Only the morally deficient and Republicans can ignore the FACT Der Trumper got a $130Million "loan" from Deutsche Bank just before they were convicted of major money laundering for the Russian Mob, Plutocrats and Government. Then when another of Lemontop's overseas assets was in trouble, a Russian Oligarch gives him 150% of the assessed value to take it off donny's tiny hands. And do not overlook all the loans donny got from Bank of Cyrpus. also convicted of laundring huge amounts of money for Russian Mob, Plutocrats and Government.

Several of Der Trumpers closest advisors and staff have ALREADY been indited for money laundring, there's no western bank that will give lil Donny the time of day let alone money, so HOW is Der Trumper financing his overseas "investments"?

You elect an infantile nincompoop whose only actual management experience was with the Atlantic City casino he ran into the ground, losing nearly A BILLION DOLLARS of his investors money while he paid himself $81,000,000 for the great job he was doing LOOSING A BILLION BUCKS, and you're going to notice the stench coming from the oval office almost immediately.

LOCK HIM UP!

We're talking about more than destroying emails. Hillary released approximately the last 25 years of her tax returns. However, if the did NOT release them, I would estimate 1,000 posts from you complaining that Hillary's refusal to release her tax returns proves she's a crook. You know that's true.

Trump is the first President in 40 years who refused to release his tax returns. There wasn't one little bitty complaint from any of the Trump Lovers. This is important because many people believe his tax returns will explain Trump's financial dealings with Russians and the following:

  • Why Trump refuses to implement sanctions against Russia after the Senate voted 98-2.
  • Why Trump allowed Russian reporters in the Oval Office while refusing to allow American reporters to the meeting with the Russian Ambassador.
  • Why Trump could make a staggering profit on the sale of real estate in 2008, at the height of the global recession which destroyed real estate prices, to a Russian billionaire.
  • etc.

Watch my lips, I'll go slow........subpoenaed.....emails.....not .....tax .....records...not .....estate sale.
