The "good ole boy" system has been in place for far too long. So long, in fact, that it has become its own institution of sorts, and it not only applies to political office but also the corporate world.

 

It's good to see more women getting involved in politics and running for office whether at the local, state, or national level. We can't elect them if they don't run. The 2018 mid-terms showed that if women run, they can win. That was also true in many state houses who elected more women to office. D's should seriously consider the women running for president in 2020. I believe "she" could win!
