Re: National Enquirer Admits It Conspired With Trump

The irrefutable fact about "Dirty Job" trump is that trump never has been honest, honorable or truthful for his entire adult life - is still not honest, honorable or truthful - and never will be honest, honorable or truthful - anyone who insists upon fatuously and foolishly believing otherwise is living in a fantasy make-believe alternate reality - one that many identify as "being a trump supporter" - a condition not significantly different than believing that Nixon wasn't a crook who wholly and richly deserved to be a convicted felon who served a term in prison...

Paying $150,000 to a friendly media outlet to pass the money to an individual and kill a story that is damaging to a candidate is a violation of campaign finance laws and involved tax fraud for the way in which Der Trumper reported the transaction to the IRS. Court records suggest National Enquirer had been doing this for Der Trumper since 2014, so the money ($286,000 thus far identified) to Stormy and the Playmate are just the tip of an iceberg of crimes committed by Individual 1.

JAIL FOR THE TRUMPS!

Did you bother to read the post that the "bus" was about?

Do you suppose that the porn star and the bunny were involved in "Russian collusion"? Or maybe there are just involved in the "Get Trump by whatever means necessary" collusion.

Do you imagine ANY investigation ignores crimes it uncovers on the grounds it was something they weren't looking for? Der Trumper's web of criminality is so vast and interconnected it is impossible to separate the conspiracy with a hostile foreign power (Russia) to steal the election by deceiving the voting public with the other crimes he committed to steal the election by deceiving the voting public, or his tax evasion and frauds, which seem to be numerous and felonious.

What you try and sell as "get Trump by any means possible" is really "prosecute all the criminals you discover", which, because lil donny is crooked as a corkscrew, can seem to involve him more than one might expect if he were ever honest. He's not, never was, never will be so get used to people exposing more and more criminal activity by your puppetPOTUS.

I would pay good money to hear you lay out that cockamamie nonsense as a defense in court. Absolutely hilarious.

No kidding!

All campaign spending is about getting elected, no bus riding in that. Do you disagree?

The purposely dense act ain't gonna work for Trump, either.

Paying off mistresses to influence the image of a political campaign, is considered an in-kind contribution. In-kind contributions MUST be reported. Trump, Cohen and Pecker conspired to keep the payments secret. Cohen and Pecker have pled guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud, and that Trump had prior knowledge of and participated in it.

The bottom line is if the person who actively seeks the office, whose duty it is to sign legislation to enact laws, also wants to plead ignorance of the law, then they shouldn't hold that office. Ever.

Why don't you address what actually happened and say whether it was a violation of campaign finance laws or not?  What trump and the Enquirer did is a violation, and all of your "bus" or "Russian collusion" nonsense doesn't change that.

No need to keep distracting and denying.

It was an act of criminal conspiracy to violate campaign laws on the part of trump, Pecker and Cohen.

Attempting to imply that it wasn't is rather typically "republican" - some might characterise it as "lying like a rubber backed bathroom rug"...

What is cockamamie about all campaign spending being about getting elected?

Try it in court as a defense for trump and see what happens.
