Thanks Cat for reminding us what a liar Trump is and why he's terrified of Robert Mueller. The truth will eventually come out.

Here's the House Intelligence Committee's Minority Report, in response to the GOP report closing down the Russia investigation:

https://lawfareblog.com/document-house-intelligence-committee-minority-russia-investigation-status-r...

Information discovered during the investigation includes the fact that the Trump Organization sought a loan from VTB, a sanctioned Russian bank, in order to open a Trump Tower in Moscow during the presidential campaign. Trump also signed a non-binding letter-of-intent during the campaign to build the tower. It's against U.S. law to violate a sanction.

This was while he was claiming during debates that he had no business in Russia.

Who helped you find that out is a critically important piece of information...

And - just out of scientific curiosity, mind you - the republican party would like to have all the information on the poisons the Russians used recently...

thank you for this post. I am following this breaking news. The noose just got considerably tighter around Trump today. Assuming Mueller gets all the documents subpoenaed, these documents should cause major damage to Trumps claim that collusion did not happen. Mueller is getting closer and closer and closer....the President is not having a good day, again.

The subpoena is the latest indication that the investigation, which Mr. Trump’s lawyers once regularly assured him would be completed by now, will drag on for at least several more months. Word of the subpoena comes as Mr. Mueller appears to be broadening his investigation to examine the role foreign money may have played in funding Mr. Trump’s political activities. In recent weeks, Mr. Mueller’s investigators have questioned witnesses, including an adviser to the United Arab Emirates, about the flow of Emirati money into the United States.

1. It never fails as Trump's loyal minions automatically respond by trying to deflect attention away from their idol and hero in the White House.

2. As for the law, subpoenas are a matter of public record.

3. On rare occasions, the subject or nature of the subpoena is sealed, but the subpoena itself is still a matter of public record.
