Your first paragraph applies to trump, he is in office and has been for over a year and a half. He has done nothing to "clean up 'his' mess".

And how are you to know what the government is, or has been, doing in the area of cybersecurity?  Do you mean he hasn't been confiding in you what his administration has been doing in this area?

You really need to bring that to his attention.

So then how do you know that Obama did nothing? Actually he did but you simply deny it. The only thing I see trump doing is sucking up to Putin and wanting to meet with him privately .......... probably to joke and laugh with Putin about the ignorance of his supporters.

I would like to ask a question to some of the posters in this thread?

Haven't you all had enough with the posts that some poster in this message boar simply doesn't answer anything and attack anything that any of you have to say?  Haven't you all figure how much or a waste of time trying to explain anything is to certain posters in this thread?

No offense but why?

One has always simply been a troll. It is sad to have seen another poster flip politically to the far right and basically become a troll also.

Blind hatred for Hillary made some to make stupid decisions.

Blind devotion does the same for some posters that let hostility for someone who exercised his right to an opinion of his own.

I'm aware of Mueller's activity and to that of those who has(have) criticized Trump's administration of doing what Obama's failed to do. Obama responded to the hacking, it was explained how in a previous posting. Obama was a lame duck and leaving office with Republicans controlling both Houses. Why didn't the Republicans do something? Why aren't trump and the Republicans doing something now? Why haven't they passed funding bills to enable the states and the federal government to spend money improving cyber security?  Distracting by continually bringing up Obama and/or Hillary in most every topic isn't working in reasonable debate.  Do you think that trump should be addressing this now?

Maybe I've overlooked if he had.  Perhaps you can point out where he has?  I might have missed it if he has.

Interesting. And per your claim against @CriticalThinking, who is criticizing who here? You claimed earlier in this thread that my questions were “rarely reasonable”

My questions were not unreasonable

I quit paying attention to your questions long ago.  As far as your questions not being unreasonable, that is your opinion.

In other words ........ questions you cannot or simply don't want to answer are unreasonable.

As ususal, he had no idea what is or is not on topic. Protecting the U.S. against additional Russian attacks is definitely on topic. But always remember, Trump Cult members want to talk about Hillary and Obama, instead of holding their hero in the White House accountable and protecting the U.S. against further attacks.

More criticism of other posters?

No ................... it's criticism of what trump supporters post.

When is CriticalThinking going to post about the topic instead of criticizing other posters?

Critical Thinking has never read someone elses post that he can agree with.

According to some posters, all of this has nothing to do with thie President. after all is all started during the Obama Administration and Obama did nothing  so why would  this President be interested in any of this.?

He is head of our government.  He is over the Justice Department.  He is responsible for the safety of our nation.  Therefore it is his overall responsibility to have known and to have directed that action be taken.

Obama  was more interested in social engineering and his legacy and dropped the ball.  Now the Trump administration is cleaning up Obama's mess.

Your first paragraph applies to trump, he is in office and has been for over a year and a half. He has done nothing to "clean up 'his' mess".  Trump is responsible for doing something to enable the states and the federal government to improve their cyber security. Passing the buck and blaming Obama is doing nothing to "clean up" anything.  trump and Putin can laugh together in their secret/private meeting about the ignorance of trump's base. Too bad no one has the gonads to 'bug' trump's suit.
