Just curious rk..............do you see any problem with Flynn being National Security Advisor and simultaneously working for a foreign government? If it's ok with you, then why do you think that?

I see no problem with him having worked for the Turkish government. I have no knowledge of his doing anything for them in the four days between the inauguration and the interview.

Just curious, do you?

You had better be worrying about what trump is guilty of. Have patience, Mueller will show you ............. thank you Mr. Flynn.

Try to keep up - the subject is the Flynn interview.

What we do know, if anyone has bothered to think this through is that Flynn has testified in open court that he knew he wasn't played by the FBI Interrogaters.    The Judge in this case had something that no one here had, a complete transcript - so IMO the RW conspiracy theory sites are doing the really stupid thing of "assuming" and filling in sections of the report that will not be made public.

Which is why, IMO, that RWers don't add source to their statement.

Which could it be?  247sports, the Federalist, Scout, saracarter, tigerdroppings, breitbart, etc etc etc.

Let's try to get by the giggles and ignore breitbart, etc. (they ain't here) and consider this just between us guys (generic). They asked him questions that they already knew the answers to. Does that sound like a fact gathering session or an entrapment effort?

As anyone with a modicum of common sense would realize, they were asking questions to (1) get facts and (2) determine whether they could trust what he was telling them. Why you continually claim that you know more about what went on that everyone who was in the  conversation? Both Flynn and his lawyers have said that there was no entrapment.

Look at that modicum of common sense this way - a guy opposed to President Trump with a Plan B in case he wins goes to the WH in circumstances that Comey said were not normal but they were able to get away with it due ti the inexperience of the new staff. He sits down for a friendly conversation (no lawyers needed) with Flynn. He then asks question related to a secretly acquired phone tap. There is obviously no "information gathering" involved in that. And he trips Flynn up.

What do you suppose the purpose of that "sit down" was??

Both Flynn and his lawyer said what Mueller told them to say in their negotiations.

RK continues to prove he doesn't get it. Asking questions where you already know the answers is not entrapment. It's Criminal Interrogation 101. Every interrogator does that to ascertain if the subject is being honest or lying.

And the intent of the interrogators is truly irrelevant. Flynn had a choice, he could lie or tell the truth, and we know which option he chose. Nobody forced Flynn to lie. He admitted that in earlier this week.

But we reallly know RK just cannot admit the National Security Advisor hired by Trump was working for foreign govenments. We know RK, it couldn't possibly be Flynn, RK has to blame the FBI. HIs world is upside down. For those in the real world, the FBI is protect America and the rule of law.

rk has no trouble "admitting" that Flynn was gainfully employed contracting to the Turkish government. What rk cannot understand is why ct would make such a silly statement.

And rk isn't trying to blame anyone just would like to find out what Flynn is supposedly guilty of. If it was giving the wrong answer to questions they already knew the answer to it certainly didn't adversely effect the dramatically stated FBI protecting America and the rule of law.

Michael Flynn wasn’t entrapped

Why does RK continually try to prove he does not understand the nature of criminal investigations. In a criminal case, every interrogator  asks the subject questions where they know the answer. It's very important to find out if the subject is being honest or lying. It has nothing to do with trying to get someone.

In addtion, there's no way a Trump Cult member could admit the person his supreme leader choses to be our "National Security Advisor" was working for foreign governments. It can't be Flynn, it has to be a corrupt FBI.

That's Trump World above, the real world is very different.
