Stay more informed and don't argue against the truth, then the "chain" wouldn't get so long.

There was no entrapment, their argument failed, you should watch the news, then maybe you wouldn't argue to make and thread so long.

Good plan. Let's all just take General Flynn's word that he is guilty and was not entrapped.  It will be so much more honest than trying to find some kind of vast, left wing, conspiracy............again.

What we do know, if anyone has bothered to think this through is that Flynn has testified in open court that he knew he wasn't played by the FBI Interrogaters.    The Judge in this case had something that no one here had, a complete transcript - so IMO the RW conspiracy theory sites are doing the really stupid thing of "assuming" and filling in sections of the report that will not be made public.

Which is why, IMO, that RWers don't add source to their statement.

Which could it be?  247sports, the Federalist, Scout, saracarter, tigerdroppings, breitbart, etc etc etc.

Let's try to get by the giggles and ignore breitbart, etc. (they ain't here) and consider this just between us guys (generic). They asked him questions that they already knew the answers to. Does that sound like a fact gathering session or an entrapment effort?

As anyone with a modicum of common sense would realize, they were asking questions to (1) get facts and (2) determine whether they could trust what he was telling them. Why you continually claim that you know more about what went on that everyone who was in the  conversation? Both Flynn and his lawyers have said that there was no entrapment.

Look at that modicum of common sense this way - a guy opposed to President Trump with a Plan B in case he wins goes to the WH in circumstances that Comey said were not normal but they were able to get away with it due ti the inexperience of the new staff. He sits down for a friendly conversation (no lawyers needed) with Flynn. He then asks question related to a secretly acquired phone tap. There is obviously no "information gathering" involved in that. And he trips Flynn up.

What do you suppose the purpose of that "sit down" was??

Both Flynn and his lawyer said what Mueller told them to say in their negotiations.

Do you really think that both Flynn and his lawyers are that incompetent? Even if they are that incompetent, or maybe because they are that incompetent, they tried to make the same argument you are making and got shut down mightedly by the judge.

Following negotiated procedures is hardly incompetent.

Then they must be incompetent since they tried the same argument you have been pushing and it failed.

I was not present during the negotiations. Since you were, I'll have to take your word for it.

You should pay attention to the news and maybe you wouldn’t be arguing against the truth so often.

Who in the news was present at the negotiations?

Did you pay attention to what the judge said in court? Did you pay attention to what Flynn and his lawyer said in court? Haven’t you heard about the claims Flynn’s lawyer made in his memo to the court prior to the sentencing hearing?
