Like I said, Michael Cohen should sign the agreement not matter what it involves. If he can't talk about his book, so be it. He'll have to hold off.

If he's not allowed to talk about politics, then he'll have to refrain from talking about politics, period.

If the agreement says he can't go out late at night to a restaurant, then he'll have to order take-out. He's lucky he's serving his time 'on the outside'.

I expect Michael Cohen will soon sign the agreement.

Attorney for Michael Cohen, Jeffrey Levine holds Cohen’s belt and jacket up as he tells the media Cohen has been remanded outside Federal Court in the Manhattan Borough of New York City, New York, U.S., July 9, 2020....

You still have missed the point of why he went back to jail. It has nothing to do with his book. The crimes the NY DA is working on are the same crimes Cohen is in jail for.

The SD of NY feds were working on charging the others involved with Cohen in the crimes. People like Trump who ordered it, and used a 3rd party to pay off Stormy. The Trump Org., and Trump family members like Don Jr., plus the National inquirer. When Barr took over the JD he ordered the SD of NY to drop the case.

There was a hitch in the Trump Barr plans the NY DA had agreed not to peruse the case when the Feds took it on. The feds never talked to the NY DA about the dropping of the case so when Trump acted to kill charges against a number of people the NY DA objected, and resumed pushing the case forwarded.

Now the NY DA can move to get the needed information to push the case forwarded again, and that could mean charges against Trump, His son, Trump Org., Employees of Trump Org., National Enquirer and some of its employees.

If you notice the meeting with Michael Cohen was scheduled just before the release of the SC ruling came out as Trump and Barr did not want Cohen talking to the press after the SC ruling came out about this subject as Cohen could really fill all in on what was going on.

He would not agree not to not talk to the media about the SC ruling today on Trump case with the NY Distract  Attorney. Trump is an unindited co conspirator in the Cohen Case and Barr made the NYSD stop all trials against others involved in that case. The case was then picked back up by the NY DA and that is what today's ruling was about. Cohen could have supplied a lot of information on the case to all of us through the press.

Trump could not allow that so he had Barr remove Cohen even before the SC ruling came down so he could not tell the press anything.

What you saw today was Trump in action against anyone who opposes him.

Perhaps, with just a little luck, Flynn will be sharing his cell before too long.

What bargaining chips did Cohen THINK he had to negotiate with? Perhaps some of his former employer's travel itinerary in the former East Block??

Michael Cohen Back in Jail

Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's former personal attorney, was taken back into federal custody Thursday in what his attorney said was a surprise decision that felt like "the rug had been pulled out from underneath" his client.

Cohen was released in May from federal custody to his Manhattan home on "furlough," according to the Bureau of Prisons, after the Department of Justice released him and other prisoners from federal detention facilities due to coronavirus concerns.

Cohen, 53, was in Manhattan federal court Thursday to arrange the conditions of his home confinement but the hearing ended with him being placed in handcuffs.

"On May 21, 2020, Mr. Cohen was placed on furlough pending placement on home confinement," a Bureau of Prisons official said in a statement. "Today, Michael Cohen refused the conditions of his home confinement and as a result, has been returned to a BOP facility."

"This is not what we came here to do today," Cohen's attorney, Jeffrey Levine, said after Cohen had been taken back into custody. "We came here to work out the terms and conditions of his home confinement."
