The problem with most on the left is they will not admit that we have crisis on the southern border. Their ignorance shows on this board every day....and they have the gall to blame Trump..OMG!!

Its time that the left wake up and start to help solve the problem

Even though Trump is determined to impose tariffs regardless of Mexico coming to the table, it seems the Senate is signaling it has no stomach for such shenanigans and they have warned they are prepared to block the president.  In other words, opponents will have enough votes to override a veto from the president.

Agreed.  That's the really sucky part.

Good news!

-------------------------------------

As usual our Trump haters can not stand the good news. As their usual they put their selfish political agenda ahead of what is best for ALL Americans. Shame on them!

Remember, NK President Kim was also open to negotiation and Trump ended up coming home with his pants around his ankles after Kim spanked him and then dismissed him.

Heck, with Trump's track record on negotiating deals, I would love negotiate something with him.

As usual trump supporters don't know what Mexico means by "negotiate". Mexico has "negotiated" before in reference to tariffs, they'' place them on goods coming there from the United States. Trump will lose a tariff war with Mexico.

Trump supporters could support Mexico treating immigrants like dirt, not giving them food, shelter, or offering any humanitarian help.  So sad.

It is not a good thing. It is a stupid move by Dictator Trump, and even most of his advisers have told him that. Only the enablers would think it is a good thing, and the experts have told us who makes up the group.

Shame on the far right for failing to learn a subject before talking about it. The President of Mexico has said from day one he was opening to taking with the US. He even sent his foreign minister to DC this week to talk to the Sec of State. It was Trump who first called off that meeting, and then said ok, but tariffs were still going in to effect. Dictator Trump in action and his enablers backing him up. How sad.

"I believe we will be able to reach an agreement, because reason is with us," Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said at a news conference in Veracruz, insisting that Mexico wants to maintain a good relationship with the United States.

Trump called off the meeting after he said that. Trump then ok the meeting but said Tariffs were still coming as the meeting would fail. As I said our far needs to learn the full subject.
