Im not suprised. The citizens have not been on his agenda for years. The new world order means anyone can buy a US politician. Look at all the push back on the russia investigation. All the legislators that push back on it..make similar statement about Russia. Putin is a white nationalist with cash..so are a slew of our politicians. But there is a difference between them and their supporters....they dont bother to do anything for their supporters. lol.

So it begins.

McConnell Ok With Russian Politcal Ads

Message 2 of 2

You probably saw it dozens, if not hundreds of times in the months leading up to the US presidential election last year.

A political ad would air. And at the end, you'd see a clear message about who paid for or endorsed the spot, whether it was Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton or any of the numerous candidates or political action committees.

Such messages have been the standard in political advertising since 2002, when Congress passed a campaign reform law that required them.

Now, whenever a political message runs on television or in any other traditional mass media, you can see who paid for the ad. I think we can all agree that kind of transparency is a good thing.

McConnell Doesn't Think Those Same Political Ads should also be regulated on the Internet

McConnell also threw cold water on legislation requiring social media companies to disclose who pays for ads — part of a bipartisan effort intended to thwart future Russian attempts to secretly interfere in an election.

"I’m a little skeptical of these disclosure-type proposals that are floating around, which strikes me would mostly penalize American citizens trying to use the internet and to advertise," McConnell told Hewitt.

HUH WHAT ABOUT THOSE SAME AMERICANS WHEN THEY TRYING TO RUN POLITICAL ADS ON TV?

Hey Mitch what about the Interference by the Russians in the 2016 Presdential Campaign using the Internet to spam bogus Political Ads and your Own Senate Committees and Hearings to prevent it happening again

Drain the Swamp - what a JOKE
