Ah yes, the RW whining - except that they are not fully invested, so no due diligence.   And it isn't even hard, if you know even the very basics about football.

   1.   How many people are on a college football squad.

   2.   Find a picture of the entire Clemson squad.

   3.   Find a photo of Donald with part of 'team Clemson" -

   4.   Compare the number of people in each photo.

    5.   Solved

It is why the RW don't comprehend due diligence - it is entirely too easy to prove that they don't perform such an activity and often get caught with pants at ankles.

Sorry RW - this one you lose hands down - and no, you should be capable of looking for those 2 photos all by yourself.

Majority of Clemson’s black players skipped White House visit

A majority of black players from Clemson University’s football team reportedly skipped the much-publicized visit to the White House for President Trump’s fast food feast.

Following Clemson’s victory in the National Championship game over the University of Alabama last month, Trump invited the team to visit the White House, something the sitting president traditionally does for major sports teams that win championships.

The visit picked up extra buzz after Trump announced that he was financing a fast food feast consisting of McDonalds and Wendy’s, among other American fast food staples.

While most of the team made the trip and attended, a majority of black players declined the invite, according to an exclusive report published Tuesday by The Root.

The news outlet reports that only 15 black players out of the 57 on the official team roster decided to attend.

Three of the athletes reportedly cited Trump’s “divisive politics” and instances of “racism” as their reasons to not attend.

Of the 15 black players who did go, 11 were reportedly freshmen or sophomores who did not play frequently.

Only six of the black players who attended were on the national championship depth chart, The Root reported.

“Not saying anything against the players who went, but if you look at who went — freshman and people fighting for playing time — you’ll see what I’m talking about,” one unnamed player, who decided not to attend the White House visit, told The Root.

Another player who spoke on the condition of anonymity said there was no pressure from coaches to attend and players individually decided whether to go or not.

“It wasn’t like we had a team meeting or anything,” the player told The Root. “Players were talking amongst each other but everybody was like: ‘I’m not going to that.’ ”

Joe Galbraith, Clemson’s associate vice president for strategic communications, confirmed to The Root in an email that two-thirds of the team made the trip and the student-athletes had a variety of reasons, such as classes, for not attending.

“We had 76 student-athletes (approximately two-thirds of the team) make the trip to D.C.,” Galbraith wrote. “For a variety of reasons, several players were not able to adjust schedules to make the trip.”

Clemson did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Hill.

It's nice to see some Clemson players can think for themselves and not just act like lemmings....

One thing we know about the players not attending, they had to be independents or republicans. No democrat will turn down a FREEBIE?

Got a factual verifiable link that has a list of the players that did not attend the White House - as well a what political party they're affiliated with to back up your post containing thus far unverified allegations?

So what's your point?  And who cares? Apparently, you do.....

This is old news.  LOL....

I'd think the Alt-Left Socialist's would be exhausted trying to constantly dig up daily hate to spew at our President.  The MAJORITY did attend and really liked the idea of all-they-could-eat fast food, but once again the Alt-left brings in race/color. "Brings in".....too funny. Some just prefer to ignore the facts....you know, like the "fact" the majority "liked the idea" of all they could eat garbage food.  Many believe the players deserved to be treated with more respect.

I wonder if it were the white players who didn't attend you would have posted that.....I doubt it.  Wonder no more.....Of course many have pointed out that whites have refused to attend trumps photo-ops such as Tom Brady in 2017, most all of the Phil. Eagles last year (so trump retracted the invite), same as with the Warriers last year, the NC Tarheels in 2017 as well as the woman's SC team. And the Washington Caps, last years Stanley Cup champs have not attended. Gee, and all of them have white players....

Bigotry - intolerance of those with differing opinions....

I'm disgusted with the white players who attended, then again Clemson had NO black students until 1963, so the attendees were probably just protecting their Confederate Heritage - so important to Whites in the South these days.

I agree...."not ONE bit!"  Especially considering the Big Mac Festival was a PR stunt to distract Americans from the trump government shut-down.  Of course "some" ignore the fact trump hasn't invited a woman's championship team in a very long time.  In fact he STILL hasn't invited the WNBA Champs for the last two years....

But, as one poster said, "I am so impressed with the number of Grads, the 4.0's and the level of maturity of these young men.  Kudos to the parents who raised these fine athletes.  I look at them and feel that we are in good hands with these star young people.  I looked at future leaders with the pride I feel for my own son." #metoo.....especially those who can think for themselves.

I agree with your comment after the article.

The players that accepted the invitation and attended,  exhibitted their willingness to “think for themselves” instead of giving in to the pressure of the left’s montra to ressist.  You know the lemmings that follow the dimm talking points...
