Re: MANAFORT'S PROBLEM WITH 20 BOXES OF FILES

I love the argument that the employee, with the key, on the lease, was not authorized to show the FBI the storage locker.  Kind of like the drug dealer claiming his bodyguard was not authorized to testify about him.

The RW can attempt to call out Meller, but from what everyone has seen / read, stupid or careless are not terms that have been descriptors for his teams behaviors.    Paul can whine and complain all day long - but somehow the employee had a key.     Of the many words that have been used to describe Manafort - careful is not one of them.

Reminder: the judge who ovesees Mueller home bound incarceration has called him out for his smoke and mirror attempt to bamboozle the court on putting up properties that can't be used because property A is already part of the lien against property B...etc etc.      Cleverly, the judge has done their homework and told Manafort, it appears that the only properties that CAN possibly be used for collateral are ones he doesn't want touched.....hmmmm.

Another revoltin' development - well - if one is a trump-sucking rightwing crackpot...

Highly amusing if one is a lefty...

It seems that the person who led FBI Agents to the storage locker with the highly curiously labeled 20 boxes of files is a former Manafort employee.

A Second Paul Manafort Associate Has Turned on Him

So is that a case of "disgruntled former employee", or one whose loyalty was not sufficiently well purchased, or what?

Apparently Manafort is also connected to a $10 Million deal to promote Vlad Putin in the American media. Meanwhile back at the ranch, Bomb-Iran-Bolton appeared at a fake Russian pro-gun convention, helping cement the ties that later allowed Russians to contribute to the NRA which used the money to back Der Trumper in 2016.

We already know Der Trumper could not get western banks to lend him money after his umpteenth big buck banrkuptcy and got funding from Russian Mobsters and Oligarchs via Deutsche Bank for his overseas real estate scams - over $100,000,000.00 worth.

How long before the NRAGOP grows up and stops backing their infant POTUS?

MANAFORT'S PROBLEM WITH 20 BOXES OF FILES

Remember the no knock raid on Manafort's residence?

Yeah the one where the FBI seized lots of stuff - records, computers, etc...

Manafort had a friend who owned a storage locker with 20 boxes of files in it.

Now Manafort's lawyer has filed a motion to suppress those 20 boxes from being used as evidence.

Only one problem - when the FBI asked - the FBI was given permission to enter the locker - the FBI could use the writing on the boxes that was easily seen to go to the judge and get another warrant based upon what was written on the outside of the boxes - identifications such as "Ukraine binders" and "Ukraine election", and a highly curious box labeled "Jules Nasso".

In 2004, Nasso confessed to threatening Steven Seagal on behalf of the Gambino Crime Family - Nasso is connected to Manafort?

Very interesting.

The situation is rather like when the police come without a search warrant and ask to enter one's house, and a resident of the house gives permission - Voila!  It's a done deal.

Obviously Mueller will counterfile...
