It would be wise to read the topic post before posting. That was you would not seem to be posting with all the depth of hackneyed buzz words like GOPerLords and Bright Shinny.

The only "was" for the topic to be meaningful would be if the Progressives were as easy to deceive as the Republicans. But op-ed's in USATODAY are as close as any Trumpette will ever get to actual news reporting, so completely understandable why you might think the article supports the nonsense topic, which is just another Bright Shinny the GOPerLords flung out there to distract the easily desperate to be distracted.

it was only ONE writer on the NYT who floated the notion

I do not see USA Today in that - but Bright Shinny and GOPerLords - and, of course, Trumpettes were all included.

Hey  Olderscout what we (Liberals, socialists, Democrats)  could gain in these present times if we actually called on the Russians to help us. LOL

Thet have no idea as to who or what   is  "liberal media"  they just hear the word and use it.

If "thet" don't know, then "thet" haven't been watching - just as two perfect examples - MSNBC and CNN.

"Thet" could put on Morning Joe right now as a perfect example.

"Thet" COULD be, but since it was only ONE writer on the NYT who floated the notion, all rk can come up with is his weak-knee-jerk against actual broadcast news sources who do not repost whatever Hannity says, as is the case with several of our rw patrons.

That makes no sense. rk was defining the "liberal media" for  a poster who didn't seem to understand the term.

And who is this ONE writer for the NYT of yours?? Was she the one who told you that the feds used to pay 75% of all college and university costs?

As to the topic, it sound like you disagree with the idea of abolishing the Presidency and instead would like to abolish the Republican Party.

And some nonsense about lowering healthcare costs to the 1960s level.......

And then some vague racist comment to wrap it all up......

In view of the fact that the Liberals want to abolish the Presidency, we mus all cry,

Hey Russia, if you are listening,  come over here and save us from Trump, he wants to establish capitalism and we don't like that.besides he wants to run for president again.

YOu all think it would work?

I guess that the Liberal media has actually learned the name of the game and now will use it to their advantage. to Russia if you are listening.!!!!!!

gOOD idea. let's all get together and cry and then we can howl at the moon (again).

It's obvious to all sane and rational people worldwide that - in the best interests of the long term health, welfare and long term existence of the democratically elected representative republic of the United States of America - treasonous comrade trump and his equally treasonous and unpatriotic followers and supporters - all of whom are plainly and obviously enemies of the nation as it existed prior to trump's treasonous and dishonest maladministration - are the furthest possible thing that could be considered to be good for the nation - the majority of whose Citizens didn't vote for trump, and unquestionably never will vote for trump...
