This whistleblower witnessed NOTHING!

He repeated "Hearsay" and hearsay has never been admissible until the complaint form was changed in August.  (why was that? Mueller Probe failed I suppose)

Look it up!

What the whistle blower seen or did not see doesn't change the incriminating phone transcript jimc91.

The transcript speaks for itself regardless of the whistle blower and obviously incriminates Trump and his minions!

jimc91:   This whistleblower witnessed NOTHING!

That's a moot point by now because Trump has admitted doing exactly what the whistleblower said he did. Oh, and then there's crazy Rudy blabbing his heart out every day. Trump is nailed.

So, no defense which states Trump did not violate the Constitution? Just claiming that the person who outted him should not be allowed to do that?

Pathetic, eh?

Another opinionator article that is so much fou-fou and repititious at that.  No kidding the report was secondhand info, the whistleblower already told us that!  Duh.  No breaking news there.  BUT, the report was not meant to be a legal indictment (in spite of those who would claim the whistleblower used such beautiful, lawyer-ly language).  No, au contraire, it was issued by a private citizen who was concerned about some incongruities that obviously disturbed her/him.  Americans are allowed to do that, you know.  Blow the whistle.  The U.S. is still a democracy, last I checked.  It's up to Congress to decide whether the allegations warrant further investigation or not and in this case, they determined it did.

But fine, let the Fox News talking heads get to the bottom of this... or scrape the bottom as the case may be.

Trolling is a defense especially for those who cling to last ditch ideas or opinions.

Apparently there are many Americans thta have not read the Consitituion. they should be advised to put the Consiitution side b y side with the Trump released memeo and then come there and tell us that it doesn't say what it says.

Indeed CeeTee, and Panjam.....it's what trump does......attack and discredit the accuser, even though they have no idea who it is......

Jim again posts nonsensical bovine feces......hearesay?  Really?  The dumb fool admitted he said what he did.  AND, the WH tried to cover it up.  The Cult is indeed quite ill....

There's a concept all criminal investigators know and understand. When a GUILTY person is accused of a crime, because they can't defend themselves, they attack their accuser or the police. This is exactly what Jim is doing here. He's trying to change the focus away from the guilty party, Donald Trump, and instead direct our focus to his accuser. Every criminal investigator in America is LOL at this failed strategy.

Under federal law, there's only one requirement for a whistleblower. He/She must reasonably believe the crime or illegal actions occurred. And who makes that judgement? The Inspector General does.

Their attack of the whistlebloer is understandable. they can say that it is second hand information. and perhaps it is. Of course we all know that the investigation has said numerous time that it was credible. but that is something that they will never accept.
Therefore, we again must go back to the essential question.|
Trump acted illegally by requesting aid from a foreign national to investigatge a political opponent.|
We simply need to stick with that. because they will do and take any thing else and turn it into an argument and discussion and briging up other issues that have not place in thei impeachment inquiry
