Funny, but the Supreme Court disagrees with you as to whether or not Obama's actions in this were Constitutional. I think they know more about it than you do.

Details please. I found this:

To use your term, funny, Obama seems to disagree with you.

A 4 to 4 tie is not a ruling on the Constitutionality of Obama's order. Another point .................. Trump can't even fill the Supreme Court with Justices.

Since Obama disagrees with me then I'm not a "liberal", right?

what it looks like to me, is the white supremecist arm has taken over the Republicans, and I dont see many here that would agree with these Republican policies of the past.

Yes. No one on the right likes to mention Obama was also the "deportation president", nor do they remember before his EO he told congress.." send me a bill and I'll sign it.". but, you know..obstruction was better and now we see the result of that..and the  costs.

Its been done before, when congress wasnt an obstructionist organization. I expect with Trump tossing it back to Congress something will get done now that the white guy can take credit.

remmber this?

http://www.ontheissues.org/celeb/Ronald_Reagan_Immigration.htm

The only failure of this legislation was the govt didnt have the nads to fine employers hiring illegals.

Ill note toward the end of this link you can see Reagans trade policy was NOTHING like Trumps. Its not Reagans party anymore lol.

So it begins.

Smart activists are all performing a simple search and recording exactly what their congresscritters are saying.      Many of the vulneralble GOP are attempting to couch their words wrapped in a blanket of hate and contempt for their voters.    We will not forget their words.

Since there is nothing on topic or worthy of a response, I'll go in a slightly different direction on the topic.

The title includes "deport Nazis". I don't think that is possible. How do you deport a name or an ideology?  Now people who play dress up on the weekends do say some pretty vile stuff. Shall we deport people for saying vile stuff? If so, how about, "What do we want, dead cops; when do we want them, now"? Shall we deport those chanters?

As to DACA - it cannot be kept in it's present form since immigration policy is not made via EOs. As to what happens next - it is in the hands of the Congress.
