Albion61-- spot on! So, so very true!

It has come to light that Congressman Tom Reed, republican from the 23rd congressional district for the state of New York had his campaign funded by insurance companies. He then was one of the Republican congressman who voted for the abysmal so called  healthcare bill this last week.

In addition, Mr. Reed and his wife have a family business. That business is the collection of medical debts from people who haven't been able to pay their bill.  Can you say conflict of interest? Can you say time Reed sold out his constituents for his own self interest?

Can you say possibly if people had a single payer tax system with regard to medical care,  that Mr. Reed's family business would go under?

BTW,  all those trump supporters who say one shouldn't have insurance? Reed's  business thrives on that because these are the people who have the bills which they cannot cannot pay. Good idea trump supporters, good idea.

When it comes to the insurance controversy, congressman Reed is laughing all the way to the bank.

Gee, I miss having a real President!!

And why do you think that I have always dubbed the Lobby  system  AKA The legalized graft system.

We are now very simllar to the banana republics that we have criticized for years.

Maybe you're o.k. with the Citizens United, and McCutcheon decisions, because buying congressional votes got cheaper?
