Doesn't matter who may have appointed them, their political leanings are clear for all with an open mind to see.

Aw.....c'mon.  Maybe if you took out all the pejorative garbage you might get somebody to listen to the rest of what you have to say.  As it is you preach to a shrinking choir.  Your real motives are exposed by the very words you use and where they occur elsewhere.

@Albion61  Hang around.  IF we can educate just those who don't actively take pride in ignorance, I think the next election [2018] just could stop the downhill slide.  Do your part, I'll do mine.

The government wants to control "all private property?" I wonder how Buffet and Bill Gates and oh so many millionaires that have private property feel about any of this? OH ideas, what ideas? the ones that you feel should be told? So, I guess that you mean that the Democrats are trying to insitute a Communist Regime in the USA.

So, only your guy is the only one that we should all trust because the other ones are not decent individuals that will not interpret the Consittution? just your guy?  WOW.  that is really a tremendous libel.

Yes, nobody would ever have accused Scalia or (presently) Thomas as having an agenda.  Why don't you explain to us exactly what kind of system you think the Democrats want to force on us.

As an example, what do you mean by control of all private property?  Using eminent domain to help seize private property to help corporations?  Allowing Wall Street to bait and switch.  Let's not even talk about the housing crisis.  Your views appear to be very narrow.  The world is not this black and white picture that you seem to think it is.

The influence of anonymous money has become institutionalized in our government thanks to rulings from partisan justices in a series of 5-4 decisions. It's why they must have the Supreme Court. Republican legislators are currently dismantling the people's government, starting with protections of the people from the excesses of capital because that is number one on capital's list. (The Consumer Protection Agency, EPA, the right to class action suits, limiting damage awards, etc. etc.) Republican political allies, religionists, and other single-issue voters, will get whatever issue they are championing, but that's not all they'll get is it?

Funny  that you posted this. Yesterday in the Senate this new guy offered his position on Citizens United and other laws and organization that contribute to dark money.
He said that Congress had the power to change the law, but we needed to consider tha case of the NAACP  in which the Supreme court ruled against them in order to protect privacy, and in Citizens United. the need to protect privacy of donors overuled the other issues. and they didn't care about the previous laws that existed in congrss that simply erased them by having Citizen United become law.  Which leads me to believe that if Congress ever invalidated Citizens United, they would come back if we have the same Supreme Court Justices and again, imposed their philosophy on this issue. (The privacy of the donors) So the need to change SCOTUS is imperative if we are going to see a country that walks in unison with a Democratic system.

In the eighteenth century the aristocracy was the enemy of democracy when revolts against them brought the people to power. They still are. Today's clique of political billionaires represents the new aristocracy and they've purchased our government. It took a while, but nothing is as relentless as applied money, no matter that it comes from ideosyncratic billionaires who think it's perfectly acceptable to co-opt a democracy because money is power and they have most of the money. It turns out that purchasing our government was not only do-able, but affordable. Affordable for the new Croesus' like the Mercer's whose wealth protects them better than any government.
