Is America Moving to the Right?

Less globalism more localism.

Seems the current crisis has forced families closer, more dependent on each other and to the political right. 60% of Americas support the efforts of president Trump and his team of experts, to guide us through the stormy seas of the Covid-19 pandemic. Folks are openly ostracizing violators and seek more "compliance" from those around us. States are taking aggressive actions to prevent the spread... see Rhode Island as an example.

Certainly our lives are forever changed, but the liberal messaging has become increasing  more apocalyptic, dark with the underlying message of impending doom... fed by incessant media criticism of president Trump and his efforts. Death and dying is their message. Conservatives on the other hand are seeing the silver lining of joining together with a common goal to defeat this clear and present danger.  Goal setting, promises of a better America is their vision. Prayer is encouraged and life's simple pleasures  is still avalable to us... find new ways to enjoy life. If your not religious this time can be valuble to explore your own spiritualzation.

Government can not do everything... fear not, pray more and don't be so negative, have a little faith.

America took a hard right turn in 2016. We've learned from that mistake. Democrats will right the ship of state come November.

I only hope you are right @LouLit01!  Because if the chaos and division caused by the advent of Trump's presidency is afforded another four years, I fear this nation and our government will be absolutely unrecognizible if not totally destroyed.

Hoping for the swamp to be destroyed and the government is unrecognizable.... so yeah that's a good thing in my book.

Doubtful, when millions are about to gladly accept the biggest socialist stimulus/bailout in history.

Where's all your self-sufficient, government-hating savings?

Let's see how trump repubs feel in thirty days after the virus spreads to even more people...you cannot avoid catching the virus by denying or ignoring it's existence.
If fact I would venture to say that if you deny or ignore the virus and it's existence, you probably increased your odds of catching it.
Remember, the virus does not have a Twitter account, nor does it care anything about what trump says, nor does it have a political party.
