The polls showed Hillary Clinton winning too. How did that work out? Do you really think these early poll numbers mean anything? Do any of the poll numbers show an accurate representation of anything? I don’t think they do. How many Trump supporters are in the closet because they don’t want to be attacked? Look at the number of people showing up to see Trump compared to the other candidates. It isn’t even close. Trump is filling stadiums. Open your eyes people. The socialist think they are the majority. The democrats think they are the majority. They have lots of people protesting and marching around so they are the loudest and most visible until Trump holds a rally. Then you see how the number of people showing up to see Trump dwarfs those marches. People see what they want to see.

I did not say the law states it. I said the paperwork that comes with the form states it. My point is that the statement DOES exist. It wasn’t made up. It IS included with both forms. Does it matter legally? No. Does it matter when soneone is calling someone else a liar? Yes. Because one person seen it. Knows they saw it. Then we have an arrogant person like you that says nope, nope, nope, you guys are stupid. When you should humble yourself and understand it does say the first hand knowledge stuff somewhere. The people are not wrong. It just doesn’t matter that they are correct.

Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement Of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge

Message 113 of 188

Daniel, please read my previous posts on this issue. The law does not require first hand knowledge, so the Trump appointed IG changed the form to comply with the law. An agency policy cannot supersede the law.

  • The whistleblower checked both first hand knowledge and 2nd hand knowledge
  • The Trump appointed IG investigated the allegations and found them credible and urgent.
  • Who cares what form he/she filled out? We have Trump's own words and actions.
  • Finally, the only thing which matters is getting to the truth.

It says in the ic ig report on page 1, last paragraph, that the form comes with an information sheet that states the ic ig can only use first hand accounts. You can’t ignore it. It says it. Whether it is the law or whatever the paperwork that comes with the form does state first hand knowledge.

Figures. It shows how desperate the Democrats are to impeach Trump because they think with the economy and their weak candidates they can not beat him in 2021.

Actually, the "desperation" is exhibited with your unsubstantiated made up false accusation KidBoy2!

ALL pols had indicated the top 5 leading Democrats would easily defeat Trump .... including a pol by Trump's own people!

BTW ..... You've also got the election year wrong .... it's 2020 not 2021.

In 2021 Trump will be indicted for numerous Federal and State crimes .... spending the rest of his life in court and then in jail!

I did and I "think" Rudy Giuliani (being un-elected and un-accountable to American voters) needs to stop "pulling all the government levers" that Trump is illegally allowing him to pull!

Hey!  I've got an idea!  Why don't we let the House committee investigate the whistleblower report?  I'm sure they will determine if there was any alleged wrongdoing like bogus secondhand information or "hearsay" or...

...if it's all true!

I'm good with that.

No. That isn’t that. Here is the treaty signed by Bill Clinton https://www.congress.gov/treaty-document/106th-congress/16/document-text giving permission to work with the Ukraine government.
