What changes would you have your new Congress make?

The fact is that thanks to the stock market millions of Americans are enjoying a better life.

Me thinks the ones that believe that the stock market is a Ponzi scheme are the ones that are jealous of us...us that invested in the market and thanks to the stock market we are enjoying a better retirement than people that did not invest.

The way it is phrased it is, of course, the usual class envy nonsense. But, it is true that if an amateur is going to take his retirement money and "day trade" he is involved in gambling against experts with very sophisticated software and years of practice. Odds are he is going to lose.

Now, is that a "rip off" or just stupidity on his part seems to be the issue.

In 1970 we had Unions to protect us , workers had Pensions and Company provided Healthcare and our CEO's "ONLY" made 20 times more than the average worker.

But by 2000 , after breaking Union's backs , eliminating Pensions and Company provided Healthcare , our CEO's made 400 times more than our average worker. Who's fault is that ?

That just ain't right or Patriotic

And your solution......???

Not to mention hiding Millions $$$ overseas to avoid paying their Fair Share of Taxes to keep this great Nation running. Yes the very same Great Nation that made them Insanely Rich !!

Yes Times sure have changed - for the worst !!

Nope you still don't appear to me that you understand the Topic

1. This is the National Retirement Strategy being SOLD to every American Worker as THE credible replacement for the Guaranteed Retirement Program of Social Security

Not as a Voluntary Supplement to the Social Security Guaranteed Retirement Program for American Workers but the Only Viable Alternative where who has the fastest Computer & is closest to the information has a irrefutable advantage

The proof of my suggestion & claims are in the Facts - in the Statistics

MORE & MORE WEALTH IS BEING CONCENTRATED IN FEWER & FEWER HANDS - YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT FOR DECADES

AND

THIS IS ALL HAPPENING DURING A PERIOD WHERE THE MOST AMERICANS EVER ARE IN THE WORK FORCE - THE BEST AMERICAN ECONOMIC ENGINE EVER IS SETTING NEW RECORDS ANNUALLY

AND

THIS GRAND AMERICAN RETIREMENT PONZI SCHEME IS ALSO SETTING NEW ANNUAL RECORDS

All Happening at the same time as these Record Number of Americans in the Work Force are losing ground in actual wages - buying power - take home earnings for a typical 40 hour work week & overall shares of Total American Wealth is being consolidated in fewer & fewer hands

THIS SYSTEM - ITS NOT WORKING -

With Social Security a good argument good be made that the US Government - the people we hired to protect our guaranteed retirement were lying to us & we as Americans should have known better

I as a American know this Stock Market Ponzi Scheme is another even bigger lie but most Americans have No Way of Knowing because No One is tasked with protecting their interests

"I as a American know this Stock Market Ponzi Scheme is another even bigger lie but most Americans have No Way of Knowing because No One is tasked with protecting their interests"

Saying that shows that you have no idea of how the stock market work.

Your posts sound you would LOVE to live in a communist country.

I believe in our system and FYI we will ALWAYS have a top 1%.

OUR SYSTEM IS WORKING!

And the last five communist countries in the world are:
People's Republic of China.
Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Lao People's Democratic Republic (Laos)
Republic of Cuba.

You appear to be another one of the Sheep being led to the Ponzi Market Slaughter

There are - Simple - Questions to your Non Answers

1. Why are the Majority of the People ( A Relatively Small Handful of people) who Manage the Money of Millions of American Workers - always 100+ times richer than the American Workers who contribute the Billions of $$ for them to Manage

I'm not referring to the Major Shareholders or Boards of Companies like Merrill Lynch - I'm talking about the person I talk to on the phone if I want to move some of my money around - why are they so much Richer than I am - if it's a level playing field and they really are adhering to their Fiduciary Responsibilty - we should all have the same worth or at least not see the vast disparities

I don't need a Lecture on wonderful world of self-investing - A Majority of American Workers turn their money over to Money Mangers - it's a Fact

2. Another simple but superb example of Why this System is Rigged against the Majority of American Workers can be illustrated by the recent Trump/GOP Tax Bill

Where - the US Government drastically reduced the incentive for Millions & Millions of Middle Class American Workers to purchase their own home

Virtually eliminating the opportuntity to treat Home Ownership as a Investment with deductions for every Individual but left in place these same Tax Advantages for Businesses

In fact the Global Financial Conglomerates have already - thats already taken advantage of the fact that because of the Recent Trump/GOP Tax Bill - it typically more financially advantageous for a Middle Class American Worker to Rent rather then own

And like I said Financial Institutions have started a Brand New Cottage Industry because of it

Financial Institutions are now displacing small businesses and entrepreneurs and becoming Mega Landlords

Once again dilluting the opportunities for the Average Middle Class American Worker to Compete

2.
