Here's some footage of what a moment looks like for me. This is the fall mullet run (schooling fish) and the larger fish you can see are Tarpon (shinny ones) and Sharks. Nature is very cool.

I turn off my smartphone and pick up a book; usually fiction that is set in a city or country that I enjoy reading about. I enjoy fiction that includes local history, architecture, and culture that informs as well as entertains. Burying myself in a book for an hour or so allows me to escape the odd world that we live in today.
