The NRA has brainwashed many people with their version of 2nd Amendment.   Why did the NRA not quote the entire Amendment when they had it carved in stone in their lobby?

Why does the RW ignore what Scalia said in Heller?

It relies on people not reading or thinking , but instead buying into the NRA propaganda message.

As a reminder as people "celebrate" Memorial Day, that more children have been killed in this country by guns that veterans dying from protecting our country from foreigners.     AKA - the enemy is in the USA proper and the NRAGOP folks are too stupid to comprehend that the enemy is them.

One of the freedoms that is fought for if you ask guns rights advocates is the right to bear any type of arms to "protect your home and family".

Of course, these advocates fail to mention that since 1966, there have been 152 mass shootings.

These advocates fail to mention that 1,091 people died from these shootings ranging from the unborn to the elderly.

These advocates fail to mention that 184 of these deaths were children and teenagers.

These advocates fail to mention that these shootings occurred in 41 states and the District.

These advocates fail to mention that thousands upon thousands of others were left with devastating injuries by virtue of these shootings.

They fail to mention that these shootings occurred not while someone was defending their home and family but in concerts, cafeterias, churches, and elementary schools.

Maybe on this solemn day, Memorial Day, we should not only remember those that fought and died for our freedoms but should also remember those who died AS A RESULT OF ONE OF THOSE FREEDOMS.
