Blaming the old, the poor, the sick seems to be the Republican way.

Yeah thats very true
You would think when the entire Federal Government is controlled by Republicans and Trump is the President
A infrastructure Bill that could have provided for more Mass Transit like Buses that would have allowed Seniors the Sick & the Poor to evacuate from areas we already know are vulnerable would have made more sense
Than a 1.5 Trillion Tax Break for Rich people who don't need anything

FEMA Chief Blames Victims in Florida
FEMA's Chief Is Expletive People Didn't Listen To Evacuation Warnings For Hurricane Michael
"A lot of people don't pay attention to anything we say or do when it's a blue-sky day and nothing's happening," FEMA Administrator Brock Long said.
The head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency criticized residents of the Florida Panhandle on Friday for not evacuating in advance of Hurricane Michael, which made landfall this week as the region's most powerful storm on record.
"A lot of people don't pay attention to anything we say or do when it's a blue-sky day and nothing's happening," FEMA Administrator Brock Long said at the press conference.
"It's frustrating to us because we repeat this cycle over and over again," he continued. "You see this enough in your career, you get ticked off about it."
