Seriously....I do not think it is a matter of 'forgetting'.  I do think resentment over having been asked something they really consider NO ones business but theirs is a factor.  I think Republicans 'forget' stuff like that and then demand you prove otherwise when they get called on it...knowing full well you don't have the resources to do it.

One of  The reasons that Trump and Ivanka  and Jared are unqualified for their positions is that they have absolutely no experience whatsoever when dealing with foreign entities or when dealing with security matters. Even  though they may know how their businesses work, they have no idea how the intricate workings of the government are dealt with.

Certainly they have no idea as to what is ethical with fire as divesting themselves from their own businesses.   And that's a problem that's a huge problem because monetary influence  from some of their business associates could very well influence decisions they make within our government and that goes for anyone in government.

Gee, I miss having a real President!!

Easy,

Success or failure in our economic system has nerver been a qualifying or disqualifying factor in becoming a politician, whether successful or not.

Donald supporters raise rhetorical question and immediately another of that gang write a response, that has zero to do with anything factual.

Meanwhile back in reality land,  people with actual knowledge about foreign policy are alarmed and the buying of access to the WH via  Jared.

The White House revealed that Trump’s son-in-law and jack-of-all-trades advisor, Jared Kushner, had met in December with Sergey Gorkov, the head of Vnesheconombank, also known as VEB. According to the New York Times, he failed to disclose the meeting in security clearance forms.

So are all the Donald supporters now in favor of allowing those who are making decisions for the WH to deal directly with individuals from Foreign Banks that are under sanctions by the US?    If so, they will soon wrap themselves up in the 3 monkeys of blind ignorance.    IOKIYAR   aka Ethics, what are ethics.

When he blocked the coronation of "Queen Hillary" and stopped the roll of the Progressive Movement.

Of course there are those "highly flexible entirely fiscally driven value systems" that characterize the vast majority of Republicans/Conservatives in all portions of government...
