Not true by fact. They are the victim of Dictator Trump.

KidBoy2:   Yes, it is a crisis and I read Trump requested more money for the camps or whatever you want to call they but congress has not approved the funds.

There will be funds after the Democrats write their bill forbidding Trump to use the funds for anything but taking care of the children.

About time!

=================================

Again this shows that what we have at our souther border are not like the Democrats call concentration camps...

plural noun: concentration camps
  1. a place where large numbers of people, especially political prisoners or members of persecuted minorities, are deliberately imprisoned in a relatively small area with inadequate facilities, sometimes to provide forced labor or to await mass execution. The term is most strongly associated with the several hundred camps established by the Nazis in Germany and occupied Europe in 1933–45, among the most infamous being Dachau, Belsen, and Auschwitz.

And it apears that the sole reason for using the term is to bring out visions of nazis and Hitler as is a popular game played by the Trump-haters.

Accuracy or validity is not a rquirement for such people

Wonder no more rk9152.   Webster:

Concentration Camp:   A guarded compound for the confinement of political prisoners, minorities, etc., especially any of the camps established by the Nazis for the containment and persecution of prisoners.  Applied originally to camps where noncombatants were confined during the Boer war.

So you see, it seems that your "prison" question is answered, no they (prisons) are not concentration camps.        BUT, the camps established for the immigrants (minorities) fall under that definition.  Thanks for asking.

You are most welcome - they arr(sic) where they are based on their actions not based on (minorities).

According to Webster's definition, your prisons are not concentrations camps but the camps housing minority immigrants certainly are. Perhaps you should read the definition once more.

"Minority" has nothing to do with their situation.

Dems care. Did trump present an itemized request? And how do the Dems know that trump will not reappropiate the funds for the wall? And why doesn’t trump use some of the money that he received before. It’s trump that does not care, and does not manage funds properly, or plan ahead.

trump is pushing the Dems to clean up the mess he created.

He did not create the law that is acting as a magnet including the bring the kids along concept. Ergo, your last sentence is without value.

Well if you watched TV this evening and heard the story from lawyers who visited the camps and what was going on with children any debate was ended. What they told us about where the Children are being held and how they are treated proves they are in Concentration Camps so that should end and doubt about it. We have children die in these camps, and if more die from illness, or other causes from their stay we could see the camps move to the name Death Camps. How did  this happen. All of us should look in the mirror. Trump is no different as President as he was in business. He has always destroyed everyone, and everything he came in contact with, and this was well known before he was put into Office by the Electoral College. Now lets end this horror and get Trump and all far right Reb. out of Office in 2020.

I still say we should start referring to them as "Internment Camps" or, better still, "Trump Suites".  Frankly, I am going to start using Trump Suites.
