Corsi like Trump and everyone around him is a person who has serious issues with the truth. He can do what ever he wants but hopefully a price will be paid for lying to Fed. prosecutors.

CORSI GOES TO WAR

Message 2 of 9

It never ends in Trump World where they pledge their undying support to a pathological liar in the White House who surrounded himself with an array of convicted felons. Have no fear, Trump Cult members will never complain about Comrade Trump running a crime syndicate because they don't care.

Bring up Mueller's name and they suddenly develop a sense of morality.

Please note, for 2 plus years Trump repeatedly claimed he had no business contacts with Russia and nobody in his campaign or administration was making contact with Russians.

Thanks to Mueller's team, Trump has now contradicted 2 plus years of lying. HIs new story, my business contacts with Russia were LEGAL. I'm LOL. Comrade Trump has stopped claiming he had no business contacts with Russians.

But Trump Cult members do not care that Trump LIED for 2 years plus about his Russian business interests. They have no character and no sense of right and wrong.

He also claims that he has no loans from Russians. Are you LOL again? If not, you should be.

Corsi sues Mueller over alleged grand jury leaks, seeks $350M in damages: report

BY:

Jerome Corsi, the conservative author accused of lying under oath to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators, filed a federal lawsuit late Sunday accusing Mueller of leaking grand jury items and various constitutional violations, including illegal surveillance, reports said.

Politico reported that the newly filed suit claims that Mueller tried to get Corsi to give testimony that Corsi said is false. He is reportedly seeking $100 million in actual damages and $250 million in damages due to injury to his reputation.  The CIA, FBI, and the National Security Agency were also named in the suit.

The author has theorized that investigators hoped that he would admit to a connection with WikiLeaks' Julian Assange. The connection would bolster their Russian collusion investigation, he said. A link between Corsi and Assange would make it easy to tie in President Trump's former adviser Roger Stone, he said.

American intelligence agencies have assessed that Russia was the source of hacked material released by WikiLeaks during the 2016 election that damaged Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Mueller’s office is trying to determine whether Stone and other associates of President Trump had advance knowledge of WikiLeaks’ plans.

Corsi, the former Washington bureau chief of the conspiracy theory outlet InfoWars, rejected a deal with investigators that would have required him to plead guilty to perjury. He said he could not lie to something he knew to be false, even if it meant living out his life in prison.

The Justice Department did not immediately respond to Fox News for comment.

The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court in Washington and named Mueller as the defendant. The suit claims that Mueller and his team “demanded” that Corsi falsely testify that he acted as a liaison between Stone and Assange. Politico reported that the suit accuses Mueller of unconstitutional surveillance through the NSA program that was exposed by Edward Snowden, PRISM.

"Defendants Mueller, DOJ, NSA, CIA, and FBI have engaged in ongoing illegal, unconstitutional surveillance on Plaintiff Corsi, in violation of the Fourth Amendment and the USA FREEDOM Act as well targeted ‘PRISM’ collection under Section 702 of the Foreign Sovereignties Immunity Act at the direction of Defendant Mueller," the suit said, according to Politico.

National security lawyer Bradley P. Moss has pointed the lawsuit's apparent misciting of "the Foreign Sovereignties Immunity Act" rather than "the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act."

"Larry Klayman (Corsi's lawyer) is alleging 4A violations by Mueller against Jerome Corsi in reliance upon section 702 of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act," Moss tweeted. "He meant the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. He wrote FSIA."

CORSI GOES TO WAR

Let him "go to war". He can sit in a cell and fume about Mueller all he wants for all the good it will do him. He's caught and it's all over except getting a jumpsuit.

Mueller and his "comrades?? That is pretty funny Jim , considering Trump is the one who has been dealing with Russian comrades for years, in which both used too each other, in one case to gain a Presidency, and in the other the ability to do what they want in the world unfettered. Mueller is doing his job unlike our current President whose days is rapidly approaching. Grab some popcorn!

CORSI GOES TO WAR

A former Justice Department prosecutor, Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman, filed a complaint Monday on behalf of investigative reporter Jerome Corsi against special counsel Robert Mueller, charging “gross prosecutorial misconduct and criminal acts.”

The complaint alleges Mueller and his team attempted to coerce Corsi, the author of multiple New York Times best-sellers, to commit perjury in their pursuit of statements that would harm President Trump.

“In filing this complaint, my client is not only standing up for his own legal and constitutional rights, but also those of the American people,” Klayman said. “This rogue government tyranny perpetrated by a special counsel and his prosecutorial staff, which is designed to effectively overthrow a duly elected president by coercing and extorting false testimony from Dr. Corsi and others, cannot be permitted in a civilized society.”

Klayman said Corsi “is an American hero, not a felon as depicted falsely by special counsel Mueller and his prosecutorial staff.”

“To the contrary, it is Mueller and his comrades who must now be held to account under the rule of law and professional ethics.”

The special counsel’s office declined to respond to WND’s request for comment.

The complaint was submitted to acting U.S. Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, assistant Attorney General Brian Benczkowski, Washington U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Hamilton Fox of the Washington Bar Association and Robin Ashton of the DOJ office of professional responsibility.

It seeks to have Mueller disciplined and removed as special counsel, “along with his partisan staff.”
