Of course not everyone was born into an affluent family that could send their children to university.  Those people in West Virginia have been dirt poor for several centuries and have had to struggle for a living; those who could managed to move to other places.  Even those had difficulties in life because of their background and moving into a different environment.

Some doesn't miss the chance to discriminate against those in less fortunate circumstances.

You're absolutely correct, CeeTee!  It's why Scout correctly refers to Cons as the "regressive party".

Look at poverty rates for states....the Red States have the most poverty.....

Look at high school graduation rates.....Red States consistently are at the bottom half;

Look at wages and unemployment, again, Red States underperform against the Blue States;

Quality of life.....Blue States  out perform Red States in almost every category;

Health of population, again, Blue States out perform Red States....

In almost every category.....Blue States out perform Red States......EXCEPT for Federal Dollars funneled to Red States are much, much higher.

Politics matter.....

West Virginia's issues are not Obama's fault; had they graduated from school they would know coal is being phased out world-wide.  And why is that?  Most care about the air we breathe and the ocean water levels.

Trump Cult members blame President Obama for the fact that WV is the most dependent state in the country on Federal Welfare benefits. They never hold their idol and hero in the White House accountable for anything negative. That means it had to be Obama or Hillary's fault. I'm LOL.

It becomes apparent that most anyone reading these posts know that the poster is LOL!!!  The reason is that the poster is mostly talking with him/herself instead of engaging in discussions with others.

"Intelligent people understand there are good reasons why WV is essentially a state dependent upon the federal government. And none of those reasons have anything to do with Hillary or President Obama"  And again as an indication that the poster isn't engaging in discussions with others is that he/she posts this without explaining his/her reasoning. What are those reasons the forum might ask.  And why not that Obama encouraged closing down coal mines forcing job loss?

Again, he/she is LOL!!!  In any event liberals as a group are 'LOL' because they enjoy telling others what to believe; how to live and how to act.

Intelligent people understand there are good reasons why WV is essentially a state dependent upon the federal government. And none of those reasons have anythng to do with Hillary or President Obama.

Trump had one of his largest margins of victory in WV.

FLASHBACK 2008: OBAMA PROMISED TO ‘BANKRUPT’ COAL COMPANIES

http://dailycaller.com/2015/08/03/flashback-2008-obama-promised-to-bankrupt-coal-companies/

Part of the link...

“So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them, because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted,” Obama said during a 2008 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle’s editorial board.

Yes, exactly.  And if he could, he would have went after the oil companies also but they are bigger than the government.

Have you ever thought that people might be happy where they are living and have lived there all their lives.  When have you ever thought about moving for better jobs?  Having grown up in a construction family, followed by a military career, it's not that good having to move for jobs.

I believe that your post is based on bias and prejudice by your inferring that those people are addicted to opiates....  But one thing is correct, they voted for Trump because Obama threw them under the bus...like he did to many people in the country.

What you really have to love is the spin that is put on those alibiing the previous administration. And who else is responsible for cutting back on their employment without helping find an alternative but the Obmam adiministration. And remember that this didn't just happen under the present administration, but has was there under the past administration also.

And yes, Trump had a large margin of victory in WV because the people were voting for the economy and not for social engineering.
