I'm not making up anything. I didn't say consent is ambiguous. I didn't say women will call it rape if a man doesn't call within two weeks. I didn't imply that drinking negates consent. And I didn't suggest that the passage of time makes a crime less criminal, and encourages women to make false allegations because we're all just vindictive little snips.

Yes, the problem is that the idea of "consent" is too ambiguous. Unfortunately it can be thought of as withdrawable retroactively. Also "We were drinking" is sometimes translated into "I was drinking".

My only point is that it, unfortunately, is not all black and white. That is why more than an allegation is needed.
