Sounds like a real wasn't it Serpico movie going on down there.

 

Corruption in the Police Force and he had to be careful, all the police were against him, they tried to shoot him, didn't back him up on cases he was sent out on, and I can't remember what else??

Funny how that works.   Corruption in the police, and high crime on the streets.  Makes you wonder what Baltimore would look like with a competent, ethical police department.

Of course it must be recognized that those convicted and those who pled guilty are only a small percentage of the problem Baltimore has.
