Online under United States Courts subtitled 'What does Free Speech mean' you will find a recounting of rulings about Free Speech and where the limits are drawn....to date.  Make use of them.  When you have fully absorbed the details, consider the concept of what Free Speech undergirding those determinations must inevitably be.

Some things you have to tolerate..........some you don't.

American hubris and ignorance.     They seem to be able to think or dare learn anything about a country in which they visit.

Germany has outlawed actions that celebrate Hitler and his behavior, Nazi public displays and the denial of the Holocaust.

Any idiot that travels and never bothers to learn about the ways of the country to which they are a visiter should not be surprised if the country's citizens to not react in a positive manner.

Just another example of what happens when you elect a POTUS who panders to the American NAZI Party - we have Americans who share Nazi sympathys expressing their bigotry in places that are way too familiar with what their actions mean. surprised it was just one who beat the snot out of him, perhaps the authorities arrived before the crowd could get porperly involved.

An American tourist in Germany was beaten up by a passerby after he began giving the Nazi salute outside a cafe in Dresden, police said Sunday.

The incident occurred about 8:15 a.m. Saturday as the man left a cafe called Europe in the Neustadt district of Dresden, police said in a statement. The district is known to be a liberal part of the town and a popular meeting spot for students.

The tourist was identified only as a 41-year-old American man who was “severely drunk,” according to police. He suffered minor injuries, while the stranger who assailed him fled the scene, police said.

Police said the U.S. national is under investigation for violating German laws prohibiting Nazi symbols and that they are still seeking the passerby for causing personal injury, according to the Associated Press.
