A better way to reach older Americans, who are often victims of fraud,  is NOT to advertise on a fraudulent network using a fraudulent host.

Grow up people - AARP is a business and as such will make sound business decisions. Yes, they lean left - they want a degree of wealth redistribution for it's members, that is reasonable. But you have to figure that they weighed the effects positive and negative of such advertising and decided based on that.

You all have been complaining about Trump, fascism autocratic behaviour and now you want to do the same thing?

Hey, this is a Democratic. and good advertising in Fox is a  very good idea.   We need to stop all and I mean ALL  extremists in both parties.

AARP is a non-profit NONPARTISAN organization -  by it's very nature and tax classification, it cannot be any other way.

They promotes the development of sound, creative policies to address the common needs of older American for economic security, health care, and quality of life via their Public Policy Institute.

But sometimes there might be conflict just within the classification of "older Americans" because we do still vary in many different ways..

Do they just represent their "members" ?  Not in their public policy.

Case in point - what is their stance or policy on the Social Security Windfall Elimination Provision and the Pension Offset.   I could only find one back in 2011 or prior. This issue involves this age group and probably a good many people but would it be a good thing for the Social Security program as a whole to repeal it ???????.  Probably not - Republican and Democratic Congressmen have proposed possibly changing the formula but to date nothing has been decided because Social Security needs some reform and they will probably just throw everything in there together to see if it will be fixed.

See the threads on the AARP Social Security Board - there are several.

I understand AARP’s need to expand membership, but Hannity viewers can only be expected to stand against almost everything AARP and its current members believe.

Ad-buying on Hannity or any other Fox News program must stop. Recruit more of us who agree with AARP’s mission instead of wanting to tear it down.

What better way to reach millions of older Americans?

Are they still doing it since your link is from May 2017 - I don't know, never watch him but know many who not only watch but listen too (radio)

Isn't there so much more to AARP than just political advocacy -  plus they need income from their partner sales to make the wheels go round and round for at least the .org - do you really think that membership dues covers all their cost and prizes for this and that and all the publications?

UHC to name a big partner.

How many people on these rolls make contributions to the Foundation?  The AARP foundation where the money is directly directed towards helping seniors.
