Care to expand on your theory about the President - dictator - fascist - etc.?

For that to work Big Brother would have to know who owns EVERY gun and where EVERYONE is so the officers would know who is in any given house at any given time.

And why should we not know where "EVERY gun" is?

And because that would mean knowing the location of every American with a carry permit.

And they call us "Comrade" and Nazis!!!!  Amazing!!!!

Well a Dictator would require it don't you think?  If that is what you want there are several nations that do that...So far we still have our freedom to keep and bare arms in America.

How does "classless dictator", "teenage drunk" (whoever that is), and "serial sexual offender" get into a discussion of whether it would be better to have the perp on your "victims" list rather than a dead officer?

Sound like, diversion, look over there, strawperson, what about, rabbit hole, etc.

What a shame trump and Conservatives have NOTHING to offer other than "thoughts and prayers".  If they cared a dmn about people, they would put through legislation requring EVERY gun be registered....it could prevent THIS, ""Officers went there unknowing the firepower the suspect had," Florence County Sheriff Kenney Boone said at a news conference."  Why intentionally place officers in harms way???

Another good reason why we need Canadian style controls on firearms.

First and foremost, I am so sorry that another person (be he a police officer or civilian) had to lose their life to a "another" lunatic gunman.  Second, I give my condolences to his family, children, and friends.  May he rest in peace.  Third, to all of the officers who responded and were also wounded,  hopefully we all will send prayers up for healing and that another life not be lost in this incident.

But having said all of that,  I say (no I am screaming inside out)--"When will we get control of guns in America?"  Why do we allow "citizens" to stockpile guns and ammunitions as if they were an extension of the United States military?  Are we the most civilized nation among nations?  Some folks claim it.  I think NOT!
