⏰ Time Changes March 9th 2025!!!
It's that time again!!! 🙄
Not sure IF there will be any interest, but let's experiment. 👍
I plan on posting:
(1) AARP articles on time changes.
(2) PREVIOUS posts on THIS SITE about time changes.
*** Feel free to ADD to all this. NO rules. ***
Thanks,
Nicole 👵

Well, we lost that hour of sleep. Don't know about everywhere else but nothing out of the norm happened here. We still had some shootings, carjacking, car wrecks and robberies. We have all that stuff on Christmas Day. The hospitals didn't report any extra heart attacks or mental breakdowns. Much to do about nothing.
The only thing that is different is my wife hasn't complained about so far.

[Monday 3/10/25] @papawofboo , lol - you are so funny!!!
Except for being SUPER TIRED after Walmart TODAY, I survived.
Grateful I was able to climb back into bed AFTER my 10am grocery run. Was out of food or I would have slept in.
Take care,
Nicole 👵

Anyone live in Hawaii? 🤔
If YES, any thoughts on what Google says about your location? 🤔
PER GOOGLE.
Hawaii. Hawaii has never observed daylight saving time under the Uniform Time Act, having opted out of the act's provisions in 1967. Because of Hawaii's tropical latitude, there is little variation in daylight length between winter and summer.

Thanks for stopping by @papawofboo !!!
I only HATE the changes when it is TOO DARK in the evening like 5pm. 😭
When I was NOT retired, losing that hour really tested my temper.
Take care,
Nicole 👵

Well the too dark at 5pm is regular time. When I was working is when I really liked it because of the extra hour in the evening. To me joy is sitting on the patio with a drink, charcoal smoking and burgers on the grill. In fact if the weather man is true to his word I just do that Wed.
