Today is our 90 degree day.  Looks like most of the east is pretty warm.  Still pleasant as the 90s  only  last for a few hours.  The biting bugs are still biting though!

No big news to report, as usual.  Today is catch up day.  I ran errands yesterday and was worn out after a couple of hours.  High traffic does it every time. I try to organize my day around it.

Man alive, traveled to the 'local' velodrome last night to cheer on cyclists trying to qualify for the State and World championships. Just as the festivities were to start, it began raining. Second time this particular time trial was rained out. I feel for the racers: it takes physical prep, sure, to get to that starting line, but also a lot of mental prep.

Big news here is we are in day 3 of replacing the siding on the house due to a hail storm last year. Roofing was done in August. Insurance company is paying for everything but our $500.00 deductible.

Going shopping for a new garage door this afternoon. We will replace the last 4 windows next year. Others were done a few years ago.

High in low 80's today with some light rain later today. Cooler temps coming.

Good Morning All,  I'm been missing from here for a few days. Trying to work out things on the new computer, but had to go back to the old one to be able to respond on here.  I don't even want to start on relating all the work arounds I've tried and given up upon.

It was hot around here. Yesterday I even put the AC on for a while. Maybe only the 3rd time this year.

My knee has improved to the point that I am actually planning a trip up north for the coming weekend. Going to meet newly discovered relatives thanks to the efforts of my sister and a DNA report. I'm really looking forward to meeting them.

Have a great, funfilled day.
