@PattyDiane

@Epster

Depending upon strength of DD, you may need to use Barrel Bolt On snack drawer.

Chelli in her 1st and 2 nd month with me @ a mere 50 pounds latched her canines upon a heavy 8x11 foot carpet and dragged it across my garage floor 50 feet, and into the yard another 20 feet.

It weighs around 100 pounds and had around 20 overnight logs loaded atop the carpet, for another 100 pounds weight.

To this day I’m still amazed by her feat, she didn’t upset the table saw, picnic table,

or anything else loaded/staged in garage.

What an adorable little 1 1/2 year old Rescue puppy.

@Frozenoem  Hurrah! You've got rain!  May this continue until you are able to handle snow. Smiley Happy

@PattyDiane  Love it!

We used to have a pillow sharing pup. But actually she was more a pillow stealing pup. She'd start out snuggled between us, move to my pillow and soon use her long Italian Greyhound stems to push me off the pillow. Smiley Happy We got her a little sleeping bag and moved her back to her bed. That worked.

My suggestion on the snack drawer is to move something heavy into it, so your pooch can't manage to pull it open. Smiley Happy

For the past few days my dog, who I'm now calling DD (Demon Dog) has decided her job is to no longer warm my feet, but instead has become a head-warmer.  I awaken to find I have a pillow mate.  I've also discovered that she in fact has learned to open my snack drawer.  I was thinking I was getting very forgetful and was neglecting to close it.  I've never before had a dog who could open drawers.  A friend pointed out, when I was complaining, that it's been a long time since I've had so much to laugh about.  I hope I can continue to laugh when my snacks disappear the next time.

Morning 28*, the threat of snow has been replaced by heavy rains and temp’s in the 50’s.

Much as I enjoy a good snow storm, prefer it when I can fit in boots of socks.

Another day without incident, and woke up to a warm 50 pound neck scarf. Gotta admit it’s easier than a bark in my ear, Chel running laps in bedroom, and sniffing in circles.

Presently immersed in DD French Vanilla from airpot.

Might even be coherent in another hour.

If no gifts have been deposited humans must wait until after Chell has had her run.

Fenced kennel rocks, 300 running feet of fenceline. Moose proofed to 8 foot height.

We’re still working on come command, worked last night and this AM- praise be😄.

Next comes hush!

Sinus infection
left brains enough to bird only.
Which was fine with us.

But today’s clear head
means we should try for trail miles.
After one more cup …

ahhhh coffee.jpgJust one more cup ...

@DaveMcK

Reported yesterday, had nothing to do with roll call, and ad full of misspellings.

Spidey sense went off.

I’m hoping she remains Chelli for now, forgot the joys of puppiedom.

My Cee was evacuating heart worms from her IV treatments went I adopted in 2005. She walked I cleaned, bought a Bissell.

Food aggressive for 5 months, the Rottweiler was not impressed.

She turned out to be my constant companion, until November 27 of last year.
