Forgive me to start with if this is not in the right place ....

 

So, what has happen to the customer being right ?

 

It seems to me that AARP , could be that third party that could look in to things .

 

or could inform the community about unjust dealing , this info could bring others forward with their dealings with said company ... then AARP could show us member a score card & give input to the company .. good or bad

 

if anything .... a category that could address something like this ... thank you. gp
