Coffee !
I've been all over these forums & can't find the 'right forum', so mybe i'll find an answer on the front porch ?
I have 2 cans of 'cheapie' coffee ; tried mixing them so they would be more flavorful, but not-so-much did it work. Might buy a more spendy brand & mix them, but in meantime, anyone have any ideas on how to make these cheap brands taste better ?
Thanks !

Watched one video of gathering and roasting video for civet coffee on you tube during Pandemic.
From Nikki and Jason Winn or Wynn, on curiosity sail boat. No link too many videos.
Didn’t turn off my ability to drink the roasted beans. Morning afternoon or evening bed time treat - coffee and caffeine no problem.
The cafecito shots may work for wakey, wakeys.
More on that in morning roll call, arthritis flare up might be attaching my fork for crema to drill or dremel.
When there’s a will there’s a way🤣👍😎
Now time for recovery and breakfast this IS a dremel morning 3 cuppa expresso.
i’m out

I’ve said it before my palate for coffee was changed when I worked for a roaster for 10 years. Reason I had access to civet coffee (yes, the berries are eaten by and go out the rear of a civet.prior to roasting.😎)
My preference is still DD and need my fix, down to 1 pot per day, or more if it’s a Bustelo Cafecito, that could be best described as high test expresso.
This week is Green Mountain dark roast fresh ground from beans. The roaster I worked for can not and will not be mentioned NDA non disclosure agreement and friend, besides I like the occasional 20 lb. Sacks of roast beans.🤣🤣🤣🤣😎😎
No longer use cream and sugar, now it’s black . With the occasional Starbucks chocolate covered beans straight with no water used or required.

Missed one step in Civet coffee not straight from rear to roaster, it’s gathered from ground and then roasted. Might be a reason for the pricey cost.
