removing deceased spouse

My husband passed away 3 years ago and I would like to remove him as primary. I should be the primary Lynne Cobb.  Please remove 

richard cobb as primary.

they don't care.  family member passed and asked for refund of aarp fees, 3 years paid in advance.  the only thing I could get was an extension on my membership.  USPS says it takes about 18 months to get off these lists.
