Why do I continue to get emails -- and now a letter - telling me that my membership is going to expire, even though you already sent me an email confirming that it will automatically renew? It's irritating.

@DonnaB933106 Hi Donna, I'm happy to help. The renewal notices have resumed because your automatic renewal payment was attempted on 9/1 but it was unsuccessful. The membership is valid thru 9/30/2023 and automatic renewal was removed due to the failed payment.
