membership renewal

Why do I continue to get emails -- and now a letter - telling me that my membership is going to expire, even though you already sent me an email confirming that it will automatically renew? It's irritating.

@DonnaB933106 Hi Donna, I'm happy to help. The renewal notices have resumed because your automatic renewal payment was attempted on 9/1 but it was unsuccessful. The membership is valid thru 9/30/2023 and automatic renewal was removed due to the failed payment. You can renew your membership if you'd like, then update your auto renew payment info to get back on track: https://aarp.info/3eoYhRV Let me know if there's anything I can do to help!
