Vision Care for Second Person on Membership

Vision Care for Second Person on Membership

I have an AARP membership as the second account on my partners membership.

 

I'm trying to apply for vision care and if I put in my membership number, it brings up my partner's name for the vision care application (he already has one).  Do I just change the name to get my vision care or do i need to purchase my own AARP membership?
