AARP Eye Center
Why is AARP not doing more to help its members with issues related to the Postal Service? We use snail mail more, we rely on it for our medicines and we get our checks stolen when we send them in the mail. AARP has a large membership and could speak up and pressure the USPS to improve. How many people have sent gift cards to family members only to have that piece of mail never delivered? How about depositing mail with a check in a mail box and having it stolen and washed? We need less information on belly fat and more action to improve the USPS.
The criminal element is everywhere now. So protect yourself, your dealings as well as your privacy and security.
The USPS in my area has closed those drop boxes outside of the facility - If I am sending something via the USPS or actually any of the mailing services, I use an appropriate mailing method and then keep my documentation until the package or letter has been received and verified delivered by the mailing service.
Yes, we are fast changing this method of communication or even gift-giving- with proper security measures the technology was is faster, easier and safer and I really donโt think things are gonna go back to the old way.
