Today I completed 4 trivia games earning a minimum of 4,000 or more points each---
and now my AARP Rewards decreased to 1,335 points. How did that happen?
and no...... none of the previous points expired.
When you play TRIVIA games, do you ever use reward points to help you with the answers? Playing TRIVIA is a way to earn points, but, if you use points to play, it is also a way to spend your points. Have you noticed that you have to sit through longer ads now to play the games? This is too bad. It's no longer fun if you have to endure an 8 minute advertisement to start playing games. I complained to Arkadium Support (they manage the games) and was told, it is not their fault, it is an AARP issue. Later I received an e-mail from Arkadium that if I want to play games without ads, I can pay $2.49/month. What a scam - I am very disappointed. AARP is just a giant merchandising operation solely focused on selling advertisements. I don't think I will renew my membership.
