Somebody else has registered for an account with my email

My personal email address was used to establish an account in somebody else's name. While I believe this to be an honest mistake. I do not wish to receive their communications in addition to my own. Is there any way to provide my information to AARP membership so they can reach out to this other individual by a means other than email to get this corrected?
