Hello everyone, I need help! I am a new member and just signed up for Part-G and it has started out very rough. I signed up thru my insurance broker after having Athem for over 8 years. It was good and coverage excellent just pricey and could not afford it. So broker recommend UnitedHealth Care. So I went online after receiving all of my welcome information and set up Auto-Pay. Well my first payment should have been taken out and I went online and noticed it was not. So I decided to pay if myself and this is after trying to work with Customer Service who do not have answer's to these type of questions. So I emailed them through the website no response, so it doesn't look good. If anyone can help me understanding how their Auto-pay system works customer service said that it is processed but on the Website it says payment Due....Help!
