My account is inactive in AARP apps, but I'm an active member

I'm definitely a member, but when I go to log in to AARP fitness app on my ipad and iphone, the app says my account needs attention. The bottom of the screen says the account is inactive. However, I am an active member. I logged in to the website and confirmed my information, but it still won't let me get into the AARP fitness app. Help!
