Membership Renewal

I received a letter saying I needed to renew on10/24.  I have already renewed as matter of fact I received my new cards on 10/23.  Still hadn't received Tote Bag but I contacted someone and they told they have had one on the way for me now.  Seems it will take to 4 to 5 weeks to arrive.  That is a little strange to me but anyway its ordered and I have renewed.  I am guessing your short staffed like so many

Thank you for being a valued part of our family! The renewal notices that you're receiving are due to a lag between our mailing process and renewal processing system. It can take 4-6 weeks for the notices to stop once your payment is processed because pre printed labels are used. Anything you are getting was printed before your payment was received.
