MAJOR OUTAGE: Nothing seem to be working online or by phone

I tried to signup for a class online, got a proxy error. Tried to report it via feedback...feedback not available. Tried to report via chat...chat could not understand, tried to connect me to a human, but no humans available, so told me to call. On hold for over 30 minutes and no one will answer. I think they are just gone. Giving up.

The outage/issues are probably due to the Rolling Stone Pre-sale for concert tickets that is currently going on... It is nearly impossible to login right now as well.
