How do I add my membership to this website

I made an account on this website before I became a member.  I became a member with a 5 yr membership when I got something in the mail, and now have my membership card with member number.

How do I add my membership to this website? The only choices seem to be Join or Renew and both options send me to billing to pay again.

I can't sign up for website again because I only have 1 name, 1 email address, and 1 phone number that are already in use here by me.

So again, how do I add my membership to this website??
