Hello and welcome to AARP’s Membership forum.

Have you ever wondered how to access your account online with AARP, or how to change the address we have on your account?  Well, this is the place to post those questions.  Chances are someone has a solution or can point you in the right direction.

If you find a solution that works, let others know and pass on your own tips and insights. You might just have the answer someone else needs.

Getting started is easy.  Click here to view all the topics in this forum or click Start a Topic to create your own.

Please note this forum is public along with all posts.

Forum Tips

  • Subject Field: Be sure to make your subject of your new topic clear and concise, as it’s the only part of the message that shows up on the message listing page.
  • Body Field: Be sure to include all necessary details.  You can choose to add links, photos, or videos to your message using the editing tools.
  • Tags: Adding tags to your message will help others identify what your post is about, possibly solving their question before it needs to be asked.
  • Posting Private Information: Please refrain from posting private information publicly. This includes credit card and social security numbers, membership account number, personal and email addresses, and phone numbers. If specific membership information is needed, please send a private message to one of our AARP Help Concierges listed below.
  • Private Messages: To use the Private Messenger, you must be registered and signed in. You'll see a Private Message icon at the top of all community pages.  It’s the envelope icon in the upper right, just below your name in the toolbar.  If you have any new messages, you'll see the number of unread messages next to the envelope icon.
  • Sending Private Messages: You can send a private message by clicking on one of the AARP Help Concierge usernames below.  This will take you to their profile page in the community.  In the right rail of all profile pages you can click the option to “Send this User a Private Message.”

We want the community to be appropriate, friendly, informative, and fun for everyone.  Be sure to read the Community User Guidelines and our Terms of Service so that you know what to expect and what is expected of you when you're here.

Thank you and we hope you visit often.
